Product updates and release notes
A summary of customer-visible changes to Payna — new capabilities, improvements, and security updates. For real-time service health and incident history, see the status page.
Payna ships continuously rather than on a fixed release calendar. Every change is reviewed and approved by someone other than its author before it reaches production. Entries below are grouped by the month the change went live. Clients receive detailed, workspace-specific release notes through their dedicated Payna channel.

Connect your registered agent provider to keep agent records and renewal dates in sync automatically, instead of tracking them by hand.

Expanded sign-in logging and stronger multi-factor requirements for administrator accounts.

A dedicated portal where licensed individuals — mortgage loan originators, adjusters, and producers — complete their own licensing tasks.

States satisfied by a bond alone are now tracked distinctly from states that require a license, so compliant states stop showing as gaps.

Regulator-issued license items are tracked individually, each with its own status through to resolution.
- ImprovedElectronic signature
A faster signing flow with fewer verification steps for signers.
- NewDocument intelligence
Upload licensing documents in bulk and have them classified and read automatically, with every result reviewed before it reaches your workspace.

An at-a-glance view of which states need attention and why.
